The only problem with that game is that it's a PS2 game. I never have done and never will own a PS2, apart from if I wanted to play "This is Football 2002".
It looks pretty good, made by sqaure enix so the storyline is probably pretty sound.
Aparently the world map is europe upside down, weird.

Drakengard
Used to have it. Not a bad game just a bit weird. Talking about games with a Dragon in I would say Drakan is better.

Drakan came out Years before Drakengard and this is one game I wished I didn't get rid off. It puts the player in the role of a Female Dragonrider called Rynn. She is the only other computer game character to look anything like Lara Croft, but instead of Quad Bikes there is a Red Dragon.
From what I can remember. You travel by air and at different times you will kill things using your beast. I enjoyed burning things very much. At first it seemed boring, but the story will keep you hooked in no time. You will kill different creatures inside a cave with Rynn in the beginning of Drakan. There are Skeletons in it as well later on and there are end of level bosses in the game as well. The Flesh Mage is the part that will do your head in because he never shuts up telling you going to get it. My favourtite Dragon game apart from this one is Panzer Dragoon and I have played one called Lair on the PS3 which is very hard.
Drakan is worth buying, if you can find it.

I can recommend Drakan.
You get to kill nasty Griffins with your Dragon as well.
